Zero shot refers to performance of a deep learning model on understanding concepts it has not previously seen in training data. Document Automation refers to the concept of technology, often a form of artificial intelligence such as Deep Learning, automatically understanding and driving actions on basis of submitted documents. Zero shot document automation then refers to a next iteration in deep learning for document automation where the models that are used to interpet documents need no further training to achieve high accuracy. It is able to do this by leveraging models that have previously been trained on billions of documents.
